VESA results

  I traced the problem with the VESA framebuffer. It now runs fine as a
indepedent frmaebuffer, no fbcon. I tried with fbcon but after mingetty
starts running I reboot happens. I will track this down. First I have some
big changes to handle what VT comes first. When testing fbcon I need
mdacon as my inital VT so I can printk to it. Usually I had to hack up the
code to do this. I hope in the next few days clean this issue up.
