Which VT to boot with ?

Hi!

   As you might of noticed I broke fbcon again. In order to debug it I
have to go and rework the code to allow mdacon to be my first VT and
system console to see what is going on. I really want to find a better
solution. What I need is to have it so that we can pick which boot console
we want, vgacon, mdacon, or fbcon. Also mda_console_init is called later.
We don't want it called later if we have vt_console_init intialize
mdacon. We also have to find away to deal with fbcon and what it does and
doesn't take over. If we have only one VT and it is dummy_con or vgacon
or end mdacon then fine fbcon can take over it. But what if we have more
than one fbdev device. Then we have to figure out which card vgacon is
running on. Same with a mda card and hgafb. Does anyone have any good
ideas?
