Synced with test10

Hi folks!!

  I just synced the ruby tree with test10 and I'm about to test it. The
newest piece of code is the fbcon to vgacon and back code. I need to tweek
it some more since the orginal code was against the standard tree. This is
why I was quite on this list. I see several updates by Vojtech. Thanks. Now 
back to ruby work. Good news I obtained a MDA card. I just am waiting for
a MDA display.
