I think we can keep the CVS as is, possibly moving the joystick and USB
code to the same places they are now in the kernel, to allow for minimal
diffs. Neither we nor anyone else can predict where the files will end
up in the final version, so I think we shouldn't worry too much about
that. As shown, it's just trivial changes in the Makefiles.
