Multi keyboard support

Hi!

  Vojtech its time to make keyboard.c mutlikeyboard aware. I nearly got
mdacon working with vgacon. It hangs when mdacon is initialized so I
have hunt down this bug today. Last time we where talking about having
vt_struct in input_handle->private when kbd_connect is called. I just want
to make sure doing this doesn't blow away any previous data the keyboard
driver might need so I will need your help their. Then we can extract
vt_struct when kbd_keycode is called. From that we can grab the visiable
VC. 

Q: Why did they deprecate a.out support in linux?
A: Because a nasty coff is bad for your elf.
