keyboard.c has been changed

Hi!

  Many more changes have been done. They have been test and work fine with
vgacon. I have moved struct kbd_struct kbd_table into vc_data. This means
keyboard.c doesn't need to initialize these structures. vte_ris does :-)
The VC switching behaves better but their still is problems. I'm going to
be working on it next. I made struct tty_struct *tty not global. This
should make the code more reenter. I still have some more work to do yet.
For single head systems it works fine. I haven't made it multihead aware
just yet. Give me a few more days :-)

Q: Why did they deprecate a.out support in linux?
