CVS update to test2-pre2

Everything has just been updated in CVS to test2-pre2. So it should
compile. Also I add input to all platforms config.in file. Now you can
select input drivers on any system :) Now to test the code in depth.
Vojtech did you find out if the problem with VC switching is related to
ruby or the input code?
