What does this mean?

I have such setup, and currently use mdacon and a user space daemon I
wrote to emulate a second terminal with a monochrome monitor and a 2nd
keyboard attahced to the ps/2 mouse port.

Does the console system you write allow this? Does it facilitate having 
multiple terminals?
