early multihead support

  Well today I have been work on some new code that will allow you to boot
both a MDA display and a VGA con display at the same time. I'm going to
finish it today. Does anyone have a MDA display and a video card that can
run as VGAcon. I really like to give this a try soon. Thank you.

Q: Why did they deprecate a.out support in linux?
