[Linuxconsole-dev] More fbdev api changes commited

I just commited some fbcon changes. These chanegs break any current 
fbdev driver so they have to be modified. I working on modifing the 
3Dfx fbdev driver. fbcon.c and fbmem.c take advanatge of the fb_info
fields. I moved blank from fb_info to fb_ops. I replaced fb_ops of
set_cmap with set_colreg. I removed the con parameter to all fbops
operations. I commited a vfb.c that reflects these changes. The 3Dfx driver 
isn't complete yet. The next step is to develope a unified cursor api and
discuss using encode_var and decode_var in place of set_var. This will
have to be discussed on the fbdev list.
