Hi Folks:  Well I am not sure where to start.  I have a set of patches
against the 2.2.x tree to provide speech output for blind users.  It
is a full screen review system, or at least it will be once I get it
all worked out.  Right now it is very usable as it is and I would like
to get in the new console development before we get so far a long it
is a major project to move it over.

What I would like to know is how is it best at this point to get it
included in the safire development tree?
