Newer Ruby Patches

Hello List,

I might be blind, but I can't find any Ruby-patches for Kernel
newer than 2.6.13
Even the 2.6.13 I can't build (Ubuntu dapper 6.06):
drivers/char/sysrq.c: In function sysrq_handle_unraw:
drivers/char/sysrq.c:88: error: struct vc_data has no member named kbd_table

I'm trying to follow this Howto to combine Ruby with VServer:

Any help for me here?
