Double MODULE_AUTHOR in evdev.c

It seems the MODULE_AUTHOR and MODULE_DESCRIPTION appear twice in
evdev.c. Once at the top, once at the bottom. The contents at the two
locations are not exactly the same, btw.

Is that normal, or is it a mistake ? In my configuration, gcc complains
about a redefinition of `__module_author'

That is a mistake. The bottom is what is in the current kernel but the new
stuff is much better description. So I placed the top stuff at the bottom.
Fixed now.
