Hey there. As I currently ``maintain'' (ha!) the EvStack/GGI Console
system, is there any call for a reimplementation of GGI Console
to 2.3.x, using the fbdev drivers instead of KGI? (not that
KGI backend support can't be added..)
A functional port of the output side of GGI Console to the
2.3.x kernel will proably give us a good base to work on
multihead issues, and I can use the 2.3.x /dev/event system for
input.
Shouldn't take more that two weeks by myself to port it to
the ix86 arch. Any takers on testing this project?
