No, he did not. I can see several scenarios:
1) Leave drivers/usb as is, move the rest to drivers/input
2) Leave everything where is, just convert to use the input core over time
3) Create drivers/char/mice, drivers/char/keyboards, a la
drivers/char/joysticks
I think 2) is most likely to happen. I don't care much, as long as the
functionality is maintained.
