Hello? Hello? Is anyone alive out there? Is anybody testing the Sapphire and Emerald release candidates? We don't have much time left if we want to get the bugfix version into 4.0. -- Eric S. Raymond Love your country, but never trust its government. -- Robert A. Hopefully 2.3.52 will bring at least enable my laptop to test the stuff, i am just now compiling 2.3.52-2 to see if there are any improvements. I have a test plus their was some problem with fbdev breaking some things. Since 2.4.X is so close it will be removed. Post the patches on the kernel mailing list. Have peopel try them and then send them to linus. It has bug fixes so it will go over big with Linus.
