Patch 0.20pre5 for 2.4.16

The new 0.20pre5 version of Compressed Cache patch is
out. Now all compressed pages in compressed cache are
swapped out in the exact order they were added to
compressed cache, therefore following the order the
pages were evicted by the VM system (LRU).
