I've been playing with some of this myself, why don't you post your changes 
as a patch to this mailing list and I will download and see what I can do. I 
agree with you concerning the wkdm initialization code and have some e-mails 
from Scott Kaplan that may explain some of this. If you want I can share 
this with you offline or on-line if there is some interest on this list.
