[lc-devel] 0.23pre1 2.4.18 feeling good

It seems after using 0.23pre1, I don't have the problem with compressed 
cache as before (0.21 with 2.4.17), I will try
to merge 0.22 code in my production kernel with some change in 0.23 and 
available for my users to test with.

Whats the major bug fixes between those? I would like to know.. Thanks.
