[Linuxcommand-discuss] Email forwarding

Hi!

I just wondered how this is done:

When I get an email (on my own server, sendmail) I want to forward specific lines from this email to another email address (say e.g. the From-line and the first line of the body). How is this done?
I know there is a file .forward where you can forward the whole message ..
Maybe someone knows ..
