cleanup some small details with pb macros
tweak install DESTDIR
Removing " around packager name (to allow debian build at least)
modify to use PBLOG macro
add another target build, and update filters for deb packages
integrate latest deb packaging with pb
only skip apache*ctl checks, not integration
remedy some cleanup/uninstall issues
