Small typo in pbconf process
Added additional 'flavors' as install candidates (gobuntu, ubuntustudio, etc.)
matching CentOS nomenclature and conventions
lc version only for deb based distros
Lowercase distro names for sources.list (e.g. Gutsy becomes gutsy)
Lower case version names (e.g. if Etch in osvend, etch in sources.list)
update osvend to reflect current support
adding support files for 5Client/5Server
