Commit [r465] Maximize Restore History

Begin initial support for Mandriva. Warning - THIS CODE DOES NOT WORK!!!!!

It will NOT CREATE IMAGES or complete auto_inst.cfg files. Just a checkpoint
to incorperate into build process to ease further development.
