Enabled support for Proxy Servers at install time for preseed and AutoYast.

Toggled on/off with the SHOW_PROXY tag in linuxcoe.rc.

Couldn't locate a method for this in kickstart (yet). So it won't appear
for either RedHat or Fedora.

Add support for FTP/HTTP proxy server during installation on preseed and AutoYaST
enabled systems.

There isn't a method in kickstart that I can find (yet) so you won't see this as
an option on RedHat/Fedora systems.

Enabled with SHOW_PROXY in linuxcoe.rc

Fixed bug where if you had same waystation vending multiple archs of the same distro/ver, it would return the first instance defined in linuxcoe.rc regardless of architecture.

Fixed bug in pulling linuxcoe.rc values into scripts for INTERACTIVE
