I pretty much agree, and had written up the basics some months ago,
in the SystemDesigner/images/README file.  It is certainly not complete
(eg. missing usb image info) and can certainly use more details.
However, at least one customer has used this to generate RHEL update
images (since we never distributed those).

Feel free to correct/fix this up as necessary.  Plus if  you have some
time, all the SystemDesigner/*/README files are probably up for a good
review/cleanup as well.
