I don't see a reason to check in binary data that we do not
produce/compile ourselves.  We should checkin what is used to produce
those images (i.e. scripts) but the the end product itself.

This is why the generation script is important in my mind and needs to
be addressed asap. I'm off monday to finalize the .spec files and
hopefully start on this one.
