I'm glad you asked that question, I've already gone half-way there in a
revision to the test script (patch attached, along with a shell script to
invoke it). It uses the LinuxCOE.pm module to get the SIM directory,
$db->def('SIM'). I think it should be quite easy to write a script that
checks for the web UI elements and determines pass/fail based on all the
various config files. It's not exactly what you were asking for, but I
suspect it will serve the same purpose. Let me work up an example of what I'm
talking about and it might be more clear.
