FYI,

Haven't checked in a while, but is it possible to copy the
/opt/.../linuxcoe.rc file to /etc/opt/.../linuxcoe.rc file
and make all of one's localized changes to the /etc version
(and have it take precedence, as in complete and not overlay)?

If so, I would like to document this as standard practice
for the upcoming admin guide and also to implement the copy
(if the destination file) does not exist during installation.
