#4 No log information when a bundle fails

I was unable to find any information in the log files around a problem with a Bundle package on a distribution (RHEL4) where yum nor apt where available.

Suggestion: when using a value-add module, there should be a warning in system designer metioning the requirement of either yum or apt.
And also the lack of finding it should appear somewhere in a log (could be on the server or client side)
