Re: CVS Trees, CVS Accounts, Home Directories, Shell SSH accounts

There have been a number of sync issues, mainly relating to the
migration to new hardware causing some scripts to require
rewriting.  This is hand in hand with some heavy server load
issues.  We are in the process of moving the database and core
SourceForge web systems to our new hardware hosted at Exodus, and
as all other systems rely on these core databases.  As these
systems are being migrated, we're cleaning up other systems in
their wake.  This has meant that many creation and modification
scripts are being run manually, so updates are currently
intermittent. We will keep you advised via news items on the
front page.  We're aware that this isn't the best situation - but
please bear with us for the next week.

Re: Statistics

  We're aware that a CVS and other project statistics may not be
working.  A new system is being developed to handle stats and
should be in place soon.  Basically, apologies that it's broken -
it isn't the highest priority right now, but it will be soon.

Re: Upload/File Release

  Please see the front page announcement.  Our upload server has
had a hardware failure, and although all data is mirrored offsite
to ftp2.sourceforge.net, however the file release system is
temporarily out of service.  We apologise for the downtime -
we're working to have an upload replacement as soon as possible.

Hello Mrs,

First, excuse me if my english isn't very good.

My login in sourceforge is serialcoder, and I manage a
linuxcall project.

I encountered a difficulty to upload new files to add
new release.

Your instructions published here, says to upload the
files by ftp to upload.sourceforge.net, at incoming
directory.

The problem is: I can't find directory named
"incoming"... :(

I try login as anonymous, as serialcoder, by ssh, but I
cant find a way to upload new files to make a new
release.

Thanks in advance for some help.
