A few updates.
The latest version, 0.1.18, now implements Auto Tools for compiling and
building the project.
If you'd like to know more about our versioning system, see "versioning
system" file in the docs directory of the project.
For more information on the tools we're using see the following links:

We will also be implementing "Check" - a unit testing framework for C
for testing the project in each build.
It is so we can monitor project functionality while development
continues. More information on Check can be found at the following link:

If you'd like to help with this project, checkout a fresh version from
the repository, or run 'svn update' from your command line to get the
latest version. Current tasks are listed in the TODO file.
If you find a task that you'd like to work on, put your name and email
address next to the task, so we know someone is working on that one. The
email address is there so we can communicate with you, if there are
changes or updates that you may require.
Once you've added your details to the task and saved the file, run "svn
commit -m "Task Name Started".
NOTE: Task Name in the commit message is the name of the task you've
chosen.
