#657 webcam at firewire-card not working

Hi,

I have the following system:

SuSE 9.0
kernel version : 2.4.21-243-athlon
ieee 1394 version: shipped with the kernel, how can I
tell?
libraw version: 0.9.0
driver: ohci1394

I also load video1394 for the webcam "fire-I" by unibrain

cat /proc/bus/ieee1394/devices is empty

lspci says:
00:06.0 FireWire (IEEE 1394): Texas Instruments
TSB43AB22/A IEEE-1394a-2000 Cont
roller (PHY/Link)

I did "chmod a+rw /dev/{raw,video}1394"

coriander cannot find the digital camera

firewire card: exysy EX-6450, hooked up with a power-
cable.

From some reason I cannot get the webcam working. I
got the firewire-card + webcam working with another
computer. But with this particular computer I have
problems.

What else do you need to know to give me better hints
how to solve the problem?
