Raidsonic's Icy-Box 350UE isn't not working for me
neither. Here are more details:

If I can help you with any more details let me know.
The external disc is working on USB 1.1 (Linux/WinXP)
and Firewire (WinXP). I haven't had any possibily to
check USB 2.0 so far.
