Sony VAIO PCG-C1F

Hi,

today I had the opportunity to try the Linux1394 subsystem on a Sony VAIO
PCG-C1F. Unfortunately the driver failed to detected the 1394 chipset. lspci
reports a Sony unknown device 8009, so I added a
{ PCI_VENDOR_ID_SONY, PCI_DEVICE_ID_TI_OHCI1394_LV22 }
to ohci1394.c, but still I had no success.

Has anyone tried this before? Can anyone confirm if this chipset is OHCI
compliant at all? The i-link port is supposed to be S200. Windows reports a
Sony CXD1947A i.Link[1394] PCI Host Controller.

Together with gscanbus the VAIO would be a handy 1394 debugging tool. ;-)
