new patches 20000318 & libraw 0.6

I have made new patches for Linux versions 2.2.14 and 2.3.99-pre1 and 
a new version of libraw1394 which is required for these new patches.

Changes since the last patch:

- endianness policy changed - all data is now kept big endian on all
  architectures, user space programs must expect and send data in big
  endian
- OHCI updates 
- FCP register access monitoring 
- verbose debug logging can now be disabled with a configure switch 
- cleanup of PCILynx debug logging 


Libraw changes since last version:

- header file raw1394.h cleaned up to avoid trouble with C++ 
- support for FCP register monitoring added 
- testlibraw now has a FCP test case
