Hello Stefan,

here is all the info that I collected about the errors with the Freecom
Quattro 3.0 attached via firewire.

I am now running 3.13

I have increased log verbosity for creating this log as per your suggestion.

I have not yet tried to connect that Freecom Quattro 3.0 to another PC
with firewire. However I got hold of another Western Digital disk at a
friend's place, connected it via firewire, and it worked just fine. So
maybe the Freecom Quattro 3.0 is just crappy engineering :(
