Log Message:
Remove sbp2 detection code, instead subscribe to the nodemgr driver
management interface.  This also removes the initial bus scan stuff
since the nodemgr calls sbp2_probe for each sbp2 device already on the
bus, when we register our driver.  This change automtically adds
hotplug support to the driver.
