2.2.17 patch released

I made an overdue patch with the latest CVS sources for Linux 2.2.17.
Users of Linux 2.4.0-test can get the same state with 2.4.0-test9, which
is up to date.

Libraw 0.7 and current CVS (to be 0.8 soon) work with this one.
