I've done a lot of work trying to get the 1394 subsystem to do CardBus
cards. I can get my OHCI card to recognize and almost self-id, but for
some reason interrupts never really make it to the card. I haven't had
time to look into this recently, but I'll be doing so within a month,
since I'll probably need it.
The key is a rewrite of the host management code, since it's very not 2.3
friendly. I need to get my changes applied to the latest code so I can
submit a patch, then get the host controller drivers rearranged so they
work. Then CardBus should be close to working.
