#3 Support for formac studio dv/tv

Support for this device would be truly awesome,
allowing any linux 1394 machine to have the equivalent
of a full capture suite.

DV capture and viewing probably already works well with
dvgrab and Kino. I wonder if the device is AV/C Tuner spec
compliant. That would be interesting to support.
