Kernel version: 2.4.19
Tried with standard and with latest CVS version of
ieee1394
Attached are two maxtor 60GB drives, and a dynalink 3
port 1394 card.
Disk are working perfect with any partitioning or
filesystem.
When I try to make a mirror with either md-raid1 or evms
the following happens:
Synchronization starts, but goes very very slow, and after
about 3 minutes, I get a kernel panic.
Tried it with both disks connected to one port, or both
disks connected to separate ports.
My syslog shows the following:

notice that 553938 is the same problem.
the bug list doesn't show my login, it's: joenix

When I try to make a raid5 system with two 1394 and one ide
disk, the reconstruction also goes very slow, but not as slow as
with the mirror.
At the beginning of the array reconstruction it says that sda2
and sdb2 appear to be on the same physical disk, and ends
that statement with: True.
But really, it's not.
Maybe the raid/evms stuff doesn't get the right information
about which disks is where.

I really need you to try this with the latest sources from
the SVN repo (see http://linux1394.org/\)
Thanks
