#48 Bad CardBus drivers

When I build the IEEE1394 drivers in a kernel without
PCMCIA support (2.4.18), then build the PCMCIA-CS
package (3.2.0), everything after Rev. 532 of the
IEEE1394 sources results in ohci1394_cb and pcilynx_cb
having unresolved symbols. Most of the revisions 532
and prior work fine.
