Hi there, I have written a codec to measure the time from encoding a frame until decoding. Since the codecs have a nice interface I created it as a wrapper so that it can be used in combination with any real codec. To integrate it there could be a bit that says use the codec with timestamping like binary 1000. For example if 0001 is gsm then 1001 could be gsm with timestamping and 1010 would be speex with timestamping. For testing I adopted the lwgsmtest code and made a few changes to support other framesizes than the ones from gsm. maybe someone can review it, Benjamin Peter |
