As announced tomorrow I will provide to remove developers that did not
replied to the old mail I am forwarding.

All the code from Vanya has been rewritten, since he dropped server
development, when I took it I rewrote the two hundred lines he had
committed.

All code from Tim has been took out as been considered not of much use.

Code from Shawn is still in the cvs and I hope it will stay there for
all project life since at current state it look like a good work even
if it would need some renewal (the API has 1 more function to be added).
Moreover PortAudio is the planned audio API for Mac and Win.

It's time to clean it a bit up.. In a year i was the only one to code
at least a single line of lw :)
So I consider you inactive members :)
