[linux-vrf-core] [PATCH] vrf-kernel netlink patch

Hi James,
I added rudimentary rtnetlink support for VRF adding and removing to the
vrf-kernel. I saw that you updated the kernel to 2.4.22 last week, so this
patch also includes some vrf lines for igmp.c in the ipv4 dir to make
everything compile.

The next step will be to remove the SIOCADDVRF and SIOCDELVRF calls...
