[linux-vrf-core] vrfctl integrated into iproute2

Hi folks,
I finally got a VRF kernel to run! YES :-D

Then I stumbled over the vrfctl util to configure a VRF. Somewhere I read
that it really should be done by the 'ip' utility, so I took some of my
spare time and did it. Here is the patch against your current iproute2-vrf
from the P4 directory.
