1) you will need a linker capable of generating PE executables,
   to get such a linker:
	- download and unpack binutils source tarball;
	- configure it with ./configure --enable-targets=i386-none-winnt
	- make ; make install
2) you will also need development files for e2fsprogs and zlib;
