[LV-Commit] Administrivia: broadening LV-commit and new lists

I've change the CVS loginfo control file so that commits to the whole
Linux/VAX CVS tree will be notified on linux-VAX-commit.

Since there are sure to be people who won't want to hear about all
the commits, there are 3 new lists:

   linux-vax-kern-commit
   linux-vax-tools-commit
   linux-vax-www-commit

For the 3 sub-trees in the CVS tree.  Go to

to subscribe/unsubscribe.

PS.  Sincere apologies for the .cvsignore commit messages on LV-commit
over the weekend.  I didn't think there would be _that_ many.  Otherwise,
I would have temporarily suspended lv-commit.
