It turns out that the DC7085 chip is only one implementation of DZ11
serial I/O.  So we now refer to is as dz11 rather than dc7085.  The
register and bit field names have been changed to be consistent with
the DZQ11 Users Guide (EK-DZQ11-UG-002).
