Log Message:
- Call /usr/bin/test, not using the builtin.
- On Slowlaris, use -lintl when using -lintl functionality.
- [ x == y ] is wrong, POSIX says it's [ x = y ] .
- Don't use a hardcoded tar, it possibly isn't GNU tar...
